Steve came out and worked through the design process with us and made the process less stressful than we thought it would be. Everyone kept us up to date about our order and the next thing we knew it was installation time. I am beyond impressed with the my installers. Mick and David made me feel at ease with the process and communicated with me throughout the entire project. We spent a week with them and the workmanship these two did in our home is beyond beautiful, it’s perfect. They took their time making sure everything was done right and when the project was completed they walked me through everything from making sure I knew how to operate the windows to making sure they had answered any questions I might have had. The whole process through the finishing of the project was professional, detail oriented, thoroughly communicated, and overall a great experience.
