In-Home Design Consultation

The design consult will take between 60 and 90 minutes, so we’ll send one of our professional design consultants to your home to assess your needs at a convenient time. They’ll look at your current windows and suggest placement, size and type of window based on your budget and aesthetic. Once you’ve made your choice, our consultant will give you a detailed, no-obligation estimate for all costs involved with the project, including labor, materials and sales tax.

Custom Window Ordering

A project manager will oversee the ordering process and keep you informed of the status of your windows. All the windows we provide are custom-made to your home’s dimensions and your choices of color, hardware, grille pattern, glass and screen. 

Professional Installation

Once your windows are produced, a project manager will schedule your installation date. Our Certified Master Installers will arrive on time and prepare the site for installation by covering work areas with protective tarps. They’ll then do the installation with care and precision. Afterward, they’ll remove and dispose of your old windows and thoroughly clean the work area, leaving your home looking better than new.

Final Inspection and Warranty

Once our installers finish, they’ll do a final, thorough inspection and test the windows to ensure your satisfaction. They’ll answer any questions and inform you about the warranty we provide on our installation services for your peace of mind.
