Asher employees David and Logan installed a front door and patio door. They explained the installation process and how long it should take. Once they started, you could tell they had much experience with this type of work. I would highly recommend Asher and these two young men for any door and window work that needs to be done. I was happy and every aspect of our work.

Asher was supposed to start window installation in February and did contact us about being delayed. We contacted them and they finally started in July. Happy with the overall installation and clean up. Windows look great! Nick D. Ryan and Dalen did a great job.

We had three Renewal by Anderson windows installed last week. Dalen, Nick and Ryan were a great crew. The guys were friendly to talk to, answered all my questions and did a thorough cleanup after finishing the job. The new windows look great. I would recommend this crew to anybody.

Asher Lasting Exteriors installers, Dalen, Nick and Ryan, installed 10 new windows in our home on Monday, August 4. They were friendly, efficient, neat and easy to work with. They picked up all debris on the ground from the old windows leaving our yard as it was when they came. They obviously were very experienced with the installation. The windows look wonderful. We replaced 7 large windows in our living room. Steven and his crew were very kind and professional. The windows are beautiful and the trim color matches perfectly to what we have in the rest of the house. They completed the job in about 6 hours and cleaned up everything so nicely before they left. We look forward to having the rest of our windows replaced in the future!

I had 5 windows and a patio door replaced today. Nick D., Nick M., Dalen, and Ryan were the install crew and did a most amazing job. Very personable and skilled at their jobs. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the detail they did in making sure everything was to my satisfaction. The clean up and walk through when complete made me feel I made the right choice in choosing Asher for this job. I would recommend this crew and Asher to anyone. You will be extremely satisfied

Today, I met Dalen, Nick, and Ryan who arrived on time as scheduled to install two replacement windows and a replacement sliding patio door in my home. I found them to be personable and professional. They greeted me with hand shakes and smiles. They explained the work they would be doing, covered my floors with tarps, and completed the work in a workman-like manner. When the install was completed, they demonstrated the functions of the new windows and cleaned up their work area. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

My five stars are for the window installers Nick, Dalen and Ryan. They were very nice to work with and did excellent work installing my new windows. They also did a great job cleaned up after themselves. It is very unfortunate that I can only give Asher Lasting Exteriors a ONE STAR. I gave Asher a down payment check for $23,000.00 on May 23, 2024 with the understanding that my windows would be installed in late fall of 2024. My windows were not installed until May 8, 2025. They never reach out to explain what happened to my window order and when I reach out to Asher they never return my call.

High quality installation job on our 25 window replacement project for our 2 story home ! Good cleanup after install work finished. I would use them again. Also installed 2 replacement doors that fit better and sealed tight for energy efficiency.

Lucas, Dalen, Nick and Dominic came to our home and replaced our front entry door. It wasn’t just a door, it also has two sidelites and a transom over all. It was very large, very heavy and unwieldy. Before they could install the new unit they had to removed the existing unit (and even took those glass panels from their frames so we could repurpose). They did an excellent job. They even cleaned up after themselves!! These guys are awesome.

You would think after spending nearly $24,000 that you could get Asher to install sliding doors and windows correctly! Our deck contractor discovered they didn’t put flashing around the sliding doors thinking no one would discover it! Of course they leaked onto the sheeting underneath! They tried to worm their way out of fixing them by trying to say the siding was installed and they couldn’t do it. That was a lie. The new siding wasn’t on for a month later. The guy that goes around fixing what the installers screw up told me he works full time having to correct their mistakes. It has taken them FOUR TIMES to come out here and they still have fixed the sliding doors that were never adjusted (according to their repair guy) from time of the original installation. One of the doors still only opens halfway, and you practically have to use pliers to unlock them to open. When speaking to CS rep who came out, who was over an hour late for the appointment, I ended up throwing him off my property because he wouldn’t let me finish a sentence without interrupting me. The service man is ready to quit because he says they hire anyone to do the installs, even with no experience. It certainly shows. I’m ready to take them to court and sue for my money back. Horrible company pretending to be quality.
